Executive Assistant
to support the Chief of Staff for the Navy's SLCM-N front office. In this critical role, you will be managing workflows to ensure efficient/effective program management, prioritizing daily deliverables, managing actions to maximize execution of weekly/monthly deadlines, overseeing integrated master scheduling, drafting executive correspondence, supplying research analysis, and providing database management.The Executive Assistant will coordinate amongst division stakeholders and program managers to track and produce deliverables for the Chief of Staff, as well as report on programmatic actions to senior leadership. You will review, edit, and assist in creating internal SSP documents related to the SLCM-N and coordinate related input and approval from government and industry partners. meetings and appointments with high-level stakeholders, Navy officials, and program managers.Manage

PowerPoint presentations for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to SSP branding guidelines.Coordinate
events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring timely and effective execution.Provide
