Seeking Systems Engineer - Intermediate candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as NPS.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Information Technology Center Support (Systems Engineer - Intermediate) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on IT Services Solutions for clients such as The Department of Interior (DOI | NPS).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Serve as a Systems Engineer - Intermediate and provide coverage for swim lane tasks primarily considered in alignment with Task 2.4.3 – Video Conferencing And Phone Support related activities to Support Government And Public Services Sector Clients with Tier 1 and Tier 2 video and phone systems troubleshooting.

Deliver technical solutions and support for phone systems and video conferencing hardware.

Support video conferencing and voice services with advanced technical knowledge.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Telecommunication systems management experience, preferably in a multi-location environment.

Intermediate-level video and phone system troubleshooting experience.

Experience with video conferencing and telecommunication systems in federal agencies.

Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science.

Skills Required

Experience managing telecom networks across multi-site environments.

Intermediate-level video conferencing and telecommunication support experience.

Technical troubleshooting.

Server maintenance.

Advanced IT support.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must meet security clearance requirements.

Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
