This will be a hybrid position, three days per week in the office.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:We are a fast-growing team using cutting edge technologies for various exciting and innovative digital product offerings. The person in this role will be working primarily on back end software developments in an agile manner. The person in this role must have end to end accountability of code development, unit test case development, debugging, troubleshooting, application deployment and post production support.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline, and a minimum of ten years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.Ten years of experience must include:Managing, delivering and coordinating large scale software development projects with teams including third party vendors and external consultants.Ability to lead architecture design based on product requirements.Designing and developing applications on Cloud/on-prem.Develop Microservice based Client – Server applications using Java, J2EE and Spring Boot framework.Leading and developing core restful APIs utilizing Java and Spring framework.Implementing event driven architecture across the applications using Kafka and messaging queues.Hands on experience with Apache Camel.Deploying and configuring applications on Dockers and Cloud technologies like Azure or AWS and Splunk.Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipeline.Writing batch jobs using spring scheduler.Performing application integration with Networking Concepts, OOPS, OO Modeling, NoSQL database (MongoDB) and RDBMS.Providing application and user support by troubleshooting, application testing, test plan and test data review and post-implementation review of new and enhanced applications.Knowledge of PySpark and other related ETL frameworks is preferred.
