This role will have a basic understanding of communication systems and networking experience.Key responsibilities include:Receive and Review Submittals:

Ensure all submittals align with the specific requirements and standards of Temple projects.Write and Track RFIs and Process or Assist in Change Orders:

Address any requests for information and manage change orders to maintain project integrity.Prepare and Maintain Meeting Agendas and Minutes:

Document and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, focusing on the unique aspects of Temple construction.Maintain Construction Drawings:

Keep all construction drawings up-to-date and provide marketing assistance as required.Assist Project Manager and Superintendent:

Support with subcontract and schedule administration, ensuring all activities adhere to Temple project guidelines.Keep Up-to-Date on Construction Drawings and As-Builts:

Ensure all drawings and as-builts reflect the specific requirements of Temple projects.Prepare and Manage Procurement Tracking Logs:

Align procurement tracking with the project schedule and the specific demands of Temple construction.Monitor Submittals, RFIs, Project Changes, and Work Progress:

Pay special attention to items that could delay the project or cause issues if installed incorrectly.Maintain Project Folders:

Organize electronic and hard copy project folders as requested by the project manager.Provide Updated Drawings and Specifications to Subcontractors:

Ensure subcontractors have the latest drawings and specifications.Quality Assurance/Quality Control:

Assist the superintendent in verifying that all materials installed meet the approved submittals and Temple project standards.Document Construction Activities:

Constantly document the project site and construction activities in writing and photos.File Inspection and Test Reports:

Maintain hard or electronic copies of inspection and test reports.Participate in Job Closeout Process:

Assist in the final stages of the project to ensure all requirements are met.Monitor and Enforce Safety Standards:

Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and site visitors.Monitor Job Cost Reports:

Assist the project manager in tracking job costs and ensuring accurate cost projections, accounting for all subcontractor cost impacts.Understand and Manage Project Schedule:

Work with the project team to ensure the detailed construction CPM schedule is met.Manage Subcontract Agreements and Purchase Orders:

Assist in creating, managing, and modifying subcontract agreements and purchase orders.Track Master Subcontract Agreements:

Coordinate with the project manager to ensure all signed agreements are received and tracked.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related degree2+ years of related experience working on commercial construction projects, with a preference for experience on Temple projects (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).Understanding of communication systems and networking experienceA drive to build great projectsAdditional Job InformationInterested applicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
