5+ years of experience with engineering and systems architectures, including design, development, and integration throughout the systems engineering process and systems development life cycle.5+ years of experience with systems engineering for Navy or DoD project of systems supporting Mission Planning, Command and Control or Decision Support Systems.Experience with project management to achieve cost, schedule, and performance goals.Knowledge of collecting information to define system requirements and develop concept of operations.Ability to lead Integrated Product Team and experience with Collaboration Tools, web-based portals or Wiki environments.Ability to analyze customer capabilities and support mission through detailed processes and requirements traceability.TS/SCI clearance.Bachelor's degree.Nice If You Have:
Experience in developing requirements from user stories and use cases and working with the user community to collect user stories and use cases.Experience in working with Test Engineers to perform tracing between requirements repository and test cases.Experience with performing requirements gap analysis.Experience with performing requirements traceability to a configuration item baseline.Experience with writing high-level documents, including Capability Development Document or Capability Package.Experience in working with DoD personnel to develop key performance parameters and derived requirements.Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.Clearance:
