Under general supervision, this position willcomplete the required assessment to ensure that families meet DCFSlicensing standards and are prepared to care for children. The positionwill provide support and strengthen Department relationships with fosterparents and assist families in resolving compliance issues.This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is passionateabout children and interested in playing a role in ensuring that fosterhomes provide a safe, caring environment for children. The position willutilize Spanish speaking skills in the performance of duties. The idealcandidate for this position will have excellent organizational skillsand strong communication skills.
