In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying systems to analyze and extract insights from large datasets. You will guide decision-making through statistical modeling, machine learning, optimization, and forecasting algorithms using cutting-edge technologies.The Role:Develop scalable classifiers and tools using machine learning, data regression, and rule-based models.Build production-grade models on large datasets to optimize ad delivery and performance through advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization.Address growth challenges with models, offering insights on cross-channel optimization, targeting strategies, and A/B testing.Provide thought leadership in applying innovative machine learning techniques to complex data problems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance data-driven solutions.Utilize large-scale data processing tools such as Spark, Hive, and machine learning platforms.Work closely with leadership in marketing, design, product, and engineering teams.Participate in project planning, prioritization meetings, and partner discussions.Requirements:Hold an advanced degree in statistics, computer science, operational research, engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).Proven expertise in Python programming.Experience working with Spark and TensorFlow.Extensive experience with machine learning techniques and advanced analytics (e.g., regression, deep learning, causal inference, mathematical optimization).Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets; experience in cloud environments such as AWS is a plus.Salary:
