Resolves Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issuesProvisions end user devices to new hiresSupports IT on-boarding activities by partnering with HRConfigures, installs, maintains and refresh all end user devices using end point management systems like SCCM & Intune.Provides IT support for end user devices like Desktops, PC’s, Printers, Scanners, Peripherals, Telecom devices, Smartphones, TabletsResponds to and prioritizes end user requests effectivelyAvoid manual repetitive functions and automate where possibleProvides on-call support on rotational basis for critical issues on IT & Infrastructure Services (1 week out of each month)Analyze and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issuesProvides continuous support for the rollout of new technology projects throughout the project life-cycleAccurately record and update support casesProvides conference room setup and supportPerform preventative and routine maintenance to end user devicesEscalates and collaborates on complex issues with Tier 3 support teamObserve and alert management to recurring problems and patterns of problemsIdentify opportunities for improvementQualifications
At least 5 years of hands-on IT experienceProficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems and associated appsSignificant knowledge of Windows O/S (10 & 11) and maintenance proceduresExperience with Microsoft Office ApplicationsExperience working with Azure and/or Office 365 is a plus but isn't requiredMust have strong people skills and positive customer service attitudeAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with senior leadersAttention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentEqual Opportunity Statement
