We are searching for a
Cybersecurity Engineer
to add to its team in support of the United States Postal Service's Cybersecurity program. The successful candidate will experience an unparalleled large-scale and complex enterprise environment consisting of hundreds of thousands of Information Technology systems spanning servers, desktops, and IoT devices. This individual will participate in development and support the team's effort to maintain a secure enterprise web presence. The individual will be responsible for managing web security applications to monitor and mitigate attacks on web-facing applications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology or relevant field (Master's degree preferred).10+ years of security architecture and engineering experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.Experience with internal and external data security, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.Knowledge of application monitoring and alerting.Experience deploying threat detection and mitigation techniques to ensure data/application security.Experience working with auditors to ensure security compliance.Functional comprehension of web application architecture.Understanding of PCI Security requirements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience working in agile environments.Desired Qualifications:Certifications (one or more) preferred: CISSP, Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), SFCP, GCIA, ISSEP, ISSMP, GCIH, GCFA, CSLC, CISM, CCNA, CCNP***Candidates must be able to obtain a Postal Sensitive Clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card required). Additionally, candidates must not have traveled outside of the USA for a combined period not to exceed 6 months within the last 5 years.***
