Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer to join our client’s team and enhance the existing NetSuite platform. The ideal candidate will focus on customizing our CRM and marketing suites to optimize user experience and drive business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for CRM and marketing suite enhancements.
Customize and configure NetSuite CRM and marketing modules to meet business needs.
Develop and implement custom scripts, workflows, and dashboards to improve functionality and user experience.
Integrate third-party applications and services to enhance marketing automation and CRM capabilities.
Perform testing and debugging of customizations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new features.
Document development processes, system configurations, and customizations for future reference.
Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and best practices to leverage new features and functionalities.
Qualifications:
5 or more years of experience as a NetSuite Developer, with a focus on CRM and marketing suite customization.
Strong knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and SQL for custom development.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) are a plus.
