Job Summary:The Lead Cybersecurity Risk Management will be responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance AT&T's cybersecurity posture. This includes developing and contributing to comprehensive risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Enhance Operational Processes:

Identify inefficiencies in current workflows.Recommend and implement process improvements.Ensure seamless integration of advanced cybersecurity technologies.

Performance Analysis:

Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity strategies.Provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with IT, legal, and compliance teams.Foster a unified approach to managing cybersecurity risks.

Project Leadership:

Shepherd strategic projects and priorities.Ensure timely and successful completion of key initiatives.

Qualifications:Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security.5-8 years of related experience in the cybersecurity field.Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and defense mechanisms.Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies.Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.Ability to develop and execute long-term cybersecurity strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Experience in optimizing cybersecurity operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring.Strong capability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance cybersecurity measures.Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.Requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) at one of the listed locations. No relocation assistance is provided.Salary Range:

Our Lead Cybersecurity earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
