Our client, a prominent media company, is seeking a Director of HR to join their team in NYC. Responsibilities will include handling employee relations matters, working closely with their legal team and business affairs team. You will be expected to conduct investigations and mediate conflict, as well as handle performance management, succession planning, and other ad hoc projects like a volunteer day or assisting with a re-org.The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional with strong employee relations skills, who is detailed, thorough, organized, and tech-savvy.
