This is a hybrid role with a great deal of flexibility. You will be a critical part of a talent acquisition transformation, learning and deploying industry leading strategies, and performing full lifecycle recruiting across your open requisition load.If that sounds like a blast and you meet the basic qualifications, then hit that apply button and we’ll get back to you soon!Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation.Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for upcoming requisitions through proactive sourcing to identify, engage and position qualified candidates.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers; work closely with hiring managers to understand the business and make recommendations.Review and respond to all applicants in a timely manner with the candidate’s experience being your foremost concern. (we don’t just say that)Partner with the Marketing team to incorporate branding and creative social media tactics into talent sourcing plans.Execute the OCMI talent acquisition transformation strategy and make recommendations for efficiency building changes to enhance the Recruiter experience.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required and skilled at performing the duties listed above. We welcome candidates of all tenures, prioritizing skill and capability over years of experience. Open to Recruiter and Sr. Recruiter levels.Those with architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) industry experience are preferred.Willingness to follow our proven process and execute the tactics necessary for a Candidate Experience based recruiting strategy.NOTE: We’re open to you being based out of an eastern US office if you possess significant industry experience.Benefits include:
