We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission effectively and securely. As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll play a critical role in the world of identity and access management and zero trust. In this role, you’ll support large-scale IAM projects for our clients. You’ll analyze the identity lifecycle, articulating access requirements and defining enterprise digital identities.
You’ll expand your IAM experience to design, deploy, and support systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for accessing our clients’ most valuable assets. From single sign-on to privileged access systems, you’ll implement enterprise-class solutions and help enable productivity while maintaining excellence in security and compliance.
Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
You Have:
Experience supporting ICAM, security operations, security architecture, and threat response
Experience with the administration of directory services including LDAP compliant directories, such as Active Directory
Experience with COTS IAM, such as Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity
Experience implementing PKI and PIV standards and methodologies
Experience managing Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies including certificates, token, and biometrics
Experience working in cross-functional teams across a variety of environments
Experience supporting IAM in a Cloud environment including Azure or AWS
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals in the IDM domain, such as zero trust, entitlement management, and RBAC
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with project management, including schedule management, complex problem resolution, or performance management
Experience applying expertise in consultative project management in an IT environment
Experience with COTS IAM tools, including Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity
Experience with JSON and Groovy scripting languages
Experience with a SIEM tool, including Splunk or Azure Monitor Log Analytics
Experience supporting enterprise IAM solution delivery projects
Knowledge of troubleshooting processes, and standards for IGA or PAM
Bachelor’s degree
