We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

Engineer Senior (Onsite - Tampa)

Description:Develop and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Preferred (smart walk through) WalkMe Development and Scrum. 4-5 YOE. Architect or senior dev. This is a technical role that requires experience on Power Platform with ability to develop WalkMe workflows. Must be able to coach and support. Help others answer inquiries good with interaction. customer facing.

Develop and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

5 years of experience in creating workflows using Power Automate to automate business processes and integrate with various data sources and services.

Proficiency in building and deploying custom apps using Power Apps with a strong understanding of Power Apps formulas and development techniques.

Ability to develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, and understanding of DAX query language.

Knowledge of the Microsoft Dataverse platform for creating, securing, and managing data used in business applications.

Familiarity with integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft services like Dynamics 365, Azure, and Office 365, as well as third-party systems.

Coach and support staff members on Power platform solutions so that they can build their automations and Apps.

Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct design, code and deployment reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and operational procedures.

Attend Scrum ceremonies and carry out required activities associated with Agile software development.

WalkMe:

WalkMe Platform Expertise: Knowledge in using the WalkMe platform to create, test, and deploy interactive guides and walkthroughs, ShoutOuts, Launchers, and other WalkMe tools for software applications. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize WalkMe implementations and integrate with other systems. Knowledge in WalkMe Insights e.g., report generation, data analysis, using insights to optimize WalkMe implementations.

User Experience Design:

Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences using WalkMe, with a focus on improving user adoption and engagement.

Problem Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe implementations, including compatibility issues with different browsers and platforms.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into WalkMe solutions, while also providing training and support to end users.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree OR Master degree and 3 years of experience OR Bachelor degree and 5 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience.
