As a People Partner, you will play a crucial role in guiding and advising our leaders, managers, and associates on pivotal People & Organization (P&O) topics, driving meaningful change, and supporting our company’s strategic goals.Job Purpose:We are seeking a seasoned People Partner with a strong background in
Workday and Employment Relations (Conflict Resolution) . This role will act as a trusted advisor and in-country policy expert, supporting leaders, managers, and associates by providing expert advice and guidance on all P&O matters. You will be instrumental in delivering lifecycle events, enhancing the employee value proposition, and driving P&O change initiatives at a country level. This role also involves mentoring Specialists and collaborating with Business Partners and Senior People Partners.Key Responsibilities:
Expert Advice & Guidance: Serve as the first point of escalation for leaders and managers on day-to-day P&O topics, offering expert support and advice.P&O Initiatives: Implement P&O initiatives that align with the overall strategy and champion corporate culture.Coaching & Guidance: Provide coaching to people managers on role evaluations and consult on Team Effectiveness, including Psychological Safety.Onboarding: Design and drive new hire onboarding initiatives.Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and inform business decisions.D&I Efforts: Support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and ensure alignment with global and local efforts.Employee Relations: Handle employee relations within the client group, offering coaching and mentoring, and resolving conflicts effectively.Compliance: Ensure adherence to local equity and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.Transformation Management: Manage in-country transformations, including legal consultations, restructuring, and organizational changes.Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with cross-divisional P&O community members and provide coaching on local policies and processes.Key Performance Indicators:
Data Utilization: Effectively leverage data and analytics for informed business decisions.Process Optimization: Simplify and optimize local People Partner team processes.Compliance: Adhere to global standards and regulatory requirements.Initiative Delivery:Execute P&O initiatives within agreed timelines, scope, and objectives.Ideal Background:Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required.Experience:
Strong background in Workday and Employment Relations, including conflict resolution.Proven expertise in coaching, mentoring, and influencing.Solid experience in employee relations, risk management, and operations management.Experience in project management and functional facilitation.Preferred Experience:
Experience in collaborating across boundaries.People analytics skills and effectiveness with data-driven decision-making.Change management expertise.Location:
