As a Senior Applications Analyst, you will develop, improve and enhance the IT systems used throughout the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring that systems are specified, integrated and delivered to meet the requirements of the IT and Digital strategies.You will lead on application development for systems within the IT team, working closely with stakeholders to develop and design innovative solutions to provide excellent customer services.You will ensure all of Plus Dane Housing IT assets and resources are used effectively and review systems with stakeholders for compliance with legislation, regulations and best practice, implementing any required changes.You will ideally have experience in people management and be able to lead, motivate and develop staff.What you’ll get in return:
