To accomplish this, the incumbent will need to build strong relationships with providers as well as develop and execute contracting strategies that yield market leading discount and cost positions for Aetna as well as value-based relationships that improve the quality and financial performance of Aetna's networks for its members. This position also supports cost savings initiatives, operational improvement, sales efforts, as well as mentoring and developing other team members.Required QualificationsMust reside in Nevada8+ years related experience in provider contracting and network development, command of financials and pricing strategies, and/or similar disciplinesProven ability building strong provider relationshipsStrong executive reporting and analytical capabilities; external presentation development and execution skills; excellent team collaborator and cross-functional leader; ability to create innovative solutions and problem solve.Strong project management and organizational skillsProficient in Excel and PowerPoint and ideally QuickBasePreferred QualificationsDevelopment of value-based relationships and sales experience (e.g., presenting network options and value at sales finalist presentations).Proficient in Network Management, Provider Contracting and/or Medicaid Health Plan OperationsExperience with Medicaid RFP response development and/or supportExperience with providers in NevadaExperience developing Medicaid networksEducationBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experiencePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
