of experience in creating requirement specifications based on

Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesMust have design implementation and operational experience with middleware technologies - Weblogic, WebSphere, Jboss, Tomcat & Message Brokers, Message Queues.Basic knowledge in shell scriptingKnowledgeable in application log management (Server logs, thread/heap dumps)Able to handle multiple, complex, short term projects and incidents simultaneouslyExperience using automated monitoring tools like

Nagios.Ability to identify incident trends and problem tasks trends in order to elevate the same in accordance with standard protocols.Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)Analytical and Communication skillsPlanning and Co-ordination skillsExperience with project managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelQualifications

Basic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least

4 years

of experience within the
