The Data Analyst is accountable for the management and execution of advertising performance reporting, as well as preparing data for our Marilyn Commerce Intelligence platform. The selected candidate is expected to manage reporting cadence and compile results from multiple data sources to produce vendor and corporate reporting.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating and maintaining data file tracking systemConsulting with stakeholders to identify required data elementsCoordinating the request and receipt of data extractsEvaluating data for accuracy and troubleshooting when necessaryPerform data hygiene and recoding as necessaryGenerating summary tables and formatting for report inclusionAssist in creating client-ready reportsBecome proficient in various data extraction systemsExtract data and load into Marilyn technology; Manage data files within the Marilyn technologyInterface, communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersSKILLSETS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degreeStrong math and analytical mindset and a natural curiosity for data and how marketing and online actions can impact performanceDetail oriented and multi-tasking abilityAbility to work proactively, efficiently with a very high level of qualityAbility to interface with team members to identify potential performance issuesKnowledge of digital and/or marketing analytics preferred but not requiredExperience working with IRI or Nielsen data preferredStrong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skillsKnowledge in Tableau reporting a plusKnowledge in PowerBi is a plusA ‘Clients First’ approach to everything you do.
