You'll work closely with leadership to forecast workforce needs, analyze trends, and create strategies to ensure we have the right talent in the right place at the right time. A key focus of this role will be developing and managing a robust talent pipeline to support our current and future workforce needs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain workforce planning models and forecastsAnalyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunitiesCollaborate with HR, Finance, and department leaders to align workforce plans with business strategiesDesign and implement talent development programs to address skill gapsCreate and manage a comprehensive talent pipeline strategyDevelop relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry partners to build talent poolsImplement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for current and future rolesCreate succession plans for key positionsMonitor and report on key workforce metrics, including talent pipeline healthLead workforce planning initiatives and projectsProvide expert advice on workforce optimization and talent managementStay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and talent acquisitionMinimum QualificationsProven experience in developing and managing talent pipelinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProficiency in data analysis tools and workforce planning softwareKnowledge of labor market trends and talent acquisition strategiesExperience with project management and change managementStrong leadership and team collaboration skillsEducation/Experience/CertificationsEducation : Prefer Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, economics, human resources and organizational development, finance, urban planning, sociology, statistics, or other related field or equivalent experience.Experience : Typically five or more years in workforce analytics or related field.Certifications : HR certifications are a plus (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CBP, CCP).Preferred SkillsCertification in workforce planning or HR analyticsExperience with predictive modeling and scenario planningKnowledge of machine learning and AI applications in workforce planningFamiliarity with Workday and visualization toolsCompensation Range:$87,225.00 - $173,875.00Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.PGE believes in rewarding dedicated performance.
