Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
SharePoint/PowerApps Developer (Mid-Level)
to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. You will assist in planning business applications that align with organizational goals, conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. You will design and develop business process models, data architectures, and Power BI reports to drive data-driven decision-making. In back-end development, you will manage SharePoint Online sites, implement Power Automate workflows, and build scalable back-end services using C# or Python in Azure or AWS environments, integrating SQL Server or MySQL databases. Additionally, you will create and integrate APIs and custom connectors to enhance data exchange, ensuring secure data management. On the front end, you will develop responsive PowerApps applications and custom web parts, integrating Power BI dashboards for real-time insights and collaborating with UI/UX designers for a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning business applications that align with long-term business goals and digital strategies.
Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Design and develop business process models, data architectures, and Power BI reports for data-driven decision-making.
Maintain an inventory of SharePoint sites and applications, identifying opportunities for scalable growth.
Design, develop, and manage SharePoint Online sites, leveraging SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for custom solutions.
Implement Power Automate workflows for automated data migration and business process automation across M365 services.
Develop custom connectors to integrate external data sources with SharePoint and PowerApps, using Azure Logic Apps or AWS Lambda for serverless computing.
Build and maintain scalable back-end services using C# or Python within Azure Functions or AWS Lambda for efficient workflow automation.
Utilize SQL Server or MySQL for building and optimizing relational databases that support SharePoint and PowerApps applications.
Secure and manage data access using Azure Active Directory (AAD), role-based access control (RBAC), and ensure cloud-based security best practices in Azure or AWS environments.
Integrate back-end services with APIs, leveraging REST APIs and the Microsoft Graph API to enable seamless data exchange and connectivity across platforms.
Build responsive PowerApps applications with custom forms, utilizing PowerApps Studio and Canvas Apps for intuitive user interfaces.
Develop custom SharePoint Online web parts using React and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for enhanced user experience and interactivity.
Create and integrate APIs into front-end solutions using ASP.NET for web applications or React for dynamic, single-page applications.
Implement responsive design principles and front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Integrate Power BI dashboards into SharePoint and PowerApps for real-time data visualization and insights, enhancing business decision-making.
Build dynamic dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI, ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications for real-time insights.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless, user-friendly interfaces, ensuring consistent branding and user experience across PowerApps and SharePoint platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in application development, with at least 3 years working with Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages) and Azure DevOps.
Experience with database management, SQL, query languages, and data modeling.
Knowledge of federal information systems privacy and security controls, including NIST and FISMA compliance.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Proficiency in SharePoint Online development and management.
Strong experience with data architecture, data management, and SQL databases.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Compensation and Benefits
The projected compensation range for this position is $103,800 to $137,250 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The target salary is $120,600. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
