Director of Paid Search
to lead and innovate our paid search strategy. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to standardize best practices, optimize performance and drive significant growth. We need a strategic thinker who can develop new strategies to enhance the channel and make a substantial impact in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do:
Build a paid search channel strategy that matches or beats the performance of competitors.
Optimize paid search channel to be 10% of the company sales while maintaining or reducing industry best marketing costs.
Create reporting tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights for your direct reports and local leaders.
Create a multi-year roadmap for paid search standardization, with clearly defined milestones and timelines.
Partner with Martech team to build regular cadences for A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
What You'll Bring:
Ability to own your budget, strategy and business director for the paid search channel.
Passion for testing and learning new and innovative ways to approach old challenges.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the complex in a simple and easily digestible way.
Deep understanding and knowledge of paid search verticals including pmax, Google, Bing, and display.
CRO, LPO, and A/B testing need to be part of your passion and an integral part of how you find success.
Deep understanding of data and analytics across web analytics platforms and data visualization solutions to create the actionable reporting and insights needed.
