The Sales Director
will be responsible for driving IML's Americas growth strategy. This includes defining strategy and goals, building a highly efficient and productive sales team, and generating new revenue. The Sales Director Americas will also collaborate with other departments, track and measure sales effectiveness, and develop effective responses to customer requests.

Responsibilities:
Define strategy and goals to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers in predefined segments.
Build a highly efficient and productive sales team in a scalable model that enables sustainable growth in these markets.
Recruit, onboard, and develop high performing and committed sales managers.
Continually assess, clarify, and validate strategy and process. Track, measure, and report on sales effectiveness and adjust programs and strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with Internal Sales, Finance, and Marketing for demand generation, inbound and outbound, and other marketing programs to drive high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition.
Partner with prospective clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities and deliver value-added business solutions that meet a wide variety of customers' needs.
Take up the Business Development accountability and guide the internal organization.
Establish and/or maintain good relationships with Industry Partners and Brand Owners.
Develop effective and efficient responses to customer requests and participate in presenting products and services.
Leverage industry knowledge and applications in order to find and close opportunities and identify key trends and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
8-10 years of proven work experience in sales management.
Well-versed in Salesforce, CRM, SFDC, and Office 365.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated progressive sales leadership experience, especially with high growth inside sales teams.
Experience in working in an international environment, having been exposed to successful collaboration with multiple cultures.
Experience with building and managing sales programs, including messaging, metrics, methodology, and tools.
Demonstrated track record of success in sales and managing sales forecasts.
Experience in a high-growth company.
Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members.
Record of recruiting and enabling top talent.
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
High caliber, dynamic personality.
Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills.
Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
