Miller Grace are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor specialising in Court of Protection within a storied full service firm based in their Crosby office. This highly reputable high street firm, established over 100 years ago, is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their existing Private Client team.
Due to growth and opportunity within the company, this position has opened for a Private Client Solicitor with strong experience in Court of Protection matters, HNW Clients, Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Estate/Tax Planning. You will report to the Head of Private Client and join a busy team known for their staff retention, culture, and personal progression. Please note, this role is heavily focused on Court of Protection matters.
The successful candidate will have a constant flow of work to manage. After onboarding, there will be significant flexibility in this role. The firm seeks someone who is comfortable in a busy environment, faces clients, and has the drive to progress through the ranks.
