. This position will drive member engagement by utilizing multiple marketing and social media platforms or delivery channels. This will be accomplished through the successful demonstration of our core pillars, defined above, and through the successful execution of the duties and responsibilities listed below.Primary Duties & Responsibilities :Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns designed to strengthen relationships with existing membership, expand knowledge of Labor CU products/services, and increase the outreach to potential members using the following methodologies:Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior trends.Segment existing member data to customize marketing messages and content.Analyze member survey trends to identify communication needs and channels.Develop strategic partnerships for co-marketing opportunities and brand collaborations.Create, implement, and manage engaging and targeted advertising campaigns using multiple platforms and mediums including, but not limited to digital (email, text, website, social media, etc.), radio, television, mass media mailing, billboards, and in-person events or sponsorships.Maintain, develop, and implement digital marketing methodologies to maximize site traffic growth, conversion rates, and user participation through the following:Design digital content (graphics, website, blogs, press releases, podcasts, and video content).Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.Google Analytics/SEO (Search Engine Optimization).Marketing Analytics – metrics on performance and efficiency of campaigns, online traffic, conversation rates, etc.Utilize A/B testing to optimize digital campaigns and strategies.Stay up to date with digital media developments.Develop and maintain an educational library for members with a combination of articles, blogs, videos, and podcasts.Optimize different channels of marketing such as branch outlook, ATM Screens, online/mobile banking, and tabling events. (Occasional presence needed for servicing events and branch visits).Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Creative Design, or other related field) or 5 years of equivalent work experience.Requirements
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (Salesforce), and content management systems.Proficient in creating and editing video content using various platforms including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Cameo, Vimeo, etc.Strong professional writer – able to tell a story and captivate the emotions of the audience. Accuracy with grammar, punctuation, and spelling are essential.Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.Attention to detail.“Outside the Box” creative thinking.Experience in managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, while adhering to budget.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.Working knowledge of HTML and CSS or web development.This is mostly a remote role. Must have a quiet, dedicated space at home that will be secure to protect non-public information. Must have high-speed internet and/or secure Wi-Fi network access at location.How to Apply
