Business DevelopmentContributes to the development and execution of JLL's global business strategy.Assumes a prominent role in industry gatherings and with clients as a senior leader of the Firm.Has significant impact on the values and culture of the Firm.Assumes responsibility for developing and executing policies and procedures that impact business unit revenues and expenses.Achieves specific business development targets tied to managing and expanding selected client relationships, developing new relationships, or the roll-out of new products and services.Able to market all available products and service offerings.Contributes to the development of new product and service delivery ideas for the business unit and the firm.Assists clients in developing real estate strategies linked to business objectives.

Growth of the CompanyDemonstrates a commitment to creating a "one-firm firm" by utilizing cross-discipline teams to meet client needs.Ensures leadership is fully informed of all project, internal, and client issues affecting the firm's reputation.Acts as the lead relationship manager for multiple strategic alliance clients.Provides account-specific leadership and direction across client teams and geographies.

People ManagementResponsible for attracting, retaining, developing, succession planning, and managing a team involved with specific clients, functions, business units, or projects.Approves, recommends, and/or takes actions regarding team talent (with HR involvement) to Leadership.Manages individuals with lead relationship management responsibility for clients or consultants.Ensures training and development of JLL team members in firm procedures, methodology, and practices for successful project implementation.Approves staffing plans and budgets.

Project ManagementDevelops and oversees marketing strategies (including pricing) for a team or product vertical.Responsible for managing teams sustaining transaction or annuity income.Holds direct P&L responsibility over product line or market region.Assesses profitability and/or cost-effectiveness of the product line.Provides strategic direction and product line quality initiatives.Manages direct reports who oversee project documentation and reporting, including project meeting minutes, work orders, purchase orders, service contracts, change orders, and vendor close-out letters.Oversees contract negotiation/verification.Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with client representatives and service providers.Recommends and establishes best practices and standards of excellence.Ensures accurate management of accounts receivables to maintain planned working capital charges.Responsible for meeting AGM numbers on a Regional and National level as determined by the Management Executive Committee.Oversees management of vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations.Makes independent judgments related to operating procedures impacting assigned projects.
