Conduct site inspections.

Handle their own caseload.

Build relationships with clients.

Document summaries.

Mediation, deposition, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

Must have 1-5 years of experience.

Must be a member of the Florida Bar.

Must be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals.

Must have superior oral and written advocacy skills.

Must have excellent and effective communication skills.

Must have a strong work ethic.

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Must be able to handle a caseload from inception through trial.
