As a Cargo Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day safe and efficient operation of cargo operations while ensuring customer service standards and contractual services are met.The expected pay rate is $66,560/yr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.Your Activities
Effectively manages staff time to reduce dependence on overtimeEnsures applicable safety and quality standards are metMaintains and updates company’s and customer manuals and documentationImplements and monitors the local emergency planDevelops and maintains good relations with customers and airport authoritiesFinds solutions to conflicts and irregularitiesAttends and contributes to internal meetingsComplies with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policiesPerforms related duties as assignedYour Profile
High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree preferredA minimum of 5 years warehouse management experienceAbility to deal with conflictStrong communication skillsAbility to work under pressureCustomer focus and quality awarenessMust be able to work flexible working hoursWhat We Offer
