Director of Dual Enrollment and PartnershipsJob Summary:Reporting to the Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Director of Dual Enrollment and Partnerships will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational pathways between Cowley College and its secondary school partners. This position will serve as the responsible party with oversight of all matters pertaining to concurrent and dual enrollment and high school partnerships, working with Cowley College stakeholders to foster a supportive and interconnected educational community.RequirementsRequired Education Background:Required Experience:Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the field of education, business and industry, nonprofit management, or other relevant field.Working knowledge of dual enrollment.Knowledge of and experience with Educational Federal and State laws, rules, and regulations.Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of students.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively across various stakeholder groups.Excellent problem-solving, computer, written, and oral communication skills.Ability to travel between campuses as well as the region.Location:Cowley College125 S 2nd St.Arkansas City, KS, 67005
