We are searching for a Preschool Operational Director for our West Palm Beach site. Our director is responsible for overseeing compliance and overall operations of our preschool and school age program, maintaining Health Department, ELC, VPK, and APPLE rules, regulations and standards, . Although not required, being bilingual in both English and Spanish would be helpful for proper communication with staff, students, and parents at this location
This position requires you to work closely with the Program Director of the preschool. A more extensive Job Description is attached.
Minimum Requirements:
Current Florida Director's Credential VPK endorsed
VPK Literacy requirements met or in process
Willing and able to drive a school age van/small bus
Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices Birth-5 yr
Desire of maintaining a standard of excellence in Early Childhood Education
Willing and Able to work until 6pm
Good Time Management and organizational skill
Desire to continually grow and self-improve
