We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven
Google Ads Specialist
to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads (formerly AdWords) and a proven track record of driving successful PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Google Ads strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns that align with marketing goals.
Conduct keyword research to create targeted ads that reach the right audience.
Write compelling ad copy and develop creative strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids and strategies to optimize ROI.
Implement A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other elements to continuously improve performance.
Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that Google Ads campaigns align with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for performance.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in crafting effective ad copy.
Google Ads certification is a plus.
