About the Position
As Stampli’s Sales Operations Sr. Manager / Director, you will play a critical role in streamlining sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and drive revenue growth within the sales team. You will report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations. This position is hybrid with 2 days/week in our downtown Nashville office.
What you will do:
Develop and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across SDR and AE teams.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
Manage sales tools and technology, ensuring proper implementation and user enablement.
Facilitate communication between Sales teams and other departments, such as Marketing and Finance.
Manage and execute on all Deal Desk requirements including contracts and RFPs.
You will need:
Minimum of 5+ years of Sales Operations in a SaaS environment and a proven track record in driving operational efficiency, sales reporting, and data analysis.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Hubspot experience.
Deal desk and tech stack management.
Process management and creation.
Basic analytic and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, confidence working with C-level executives, large Sales teams, and cross-functional departments.
You are analytical, resourceful, self-starter, great communicator, passionate, flexible, accountable, dependable, and organized.
