We are currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who will be responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, short and long-term consultations, and direct treatment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop individual goals and objectives to be included in the IFSP/IEP/ISPs or client Treatment PlanDevelop written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans, and programsCollect data for each goal/objective during each teaching sessionSubmit data sheets to the Beacon offices and the individual's confidential fileProvide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysisAnalyze data collected to determine teaching program effectivenessSupervise and train Behavior TherapistsQualifications
Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related fieldCurrent BCBA CertificationCurrent LABA licenseExperience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programsAdditional Information
