Housekeeping Room Attendant!This stylish and sophisticated Forbes 4-Star hotel has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets.What will I be doing?
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming and arranging guest's belongings in occupied rooms.Anticipate and address guests' service needs according to Brand Standards and Forbes Service Standards.Reports and follows up on maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain room in compliance with hotel standards.Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed.Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.Responsible for the cleanliness, appearance, organization and inventory of housekeeping carts and closets assigned to him/her.Remove linen, trash, and if necessary, in room dining items from rooms/suites.Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.Perform guest turn down service, as needed.Other duties as assigned.Classification:
