Position Summary

This will be a hybrid position for those near an office. We may be able to consider remote candidates as well.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in Presentation Design to join our talented Strategic Sales Experience design team. The SSE team is responsible for creating and maintaining a library of core PowerPoint slides and modules that will be tailored for custom finalist presentations. Your main role will be working with a team of account managers, writers, and field sales reps in the design of custom presentations for high-profile National Account, Middle Market and Public & Labor clients who are existing Aetna customers or potential new business. Additional responsibilities will be designing executive summaries, some event theme work and presentations, and email and microsite graphics. While the primary responsibility of this role is to create sleek, cohesive presentations, highly motivated designers will have the chance to dabble in other areas like branding, microsite development and custom video work.

Required Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Command of typography, layout design, color theory, and other fundamental design principles.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present design concepts.

Ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in website development or design, and custom video production.

Education

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of design experience required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
