This entry-level individual contributor position supports and assists the creation of high quality, polished, and creatively edited videos and/or audio under the guidance of more senior employees by coordinating assigned production logistics (e.g., studios, permits, permissions, etc.), assisting in the coordination of interviews and field shootings as needed, assisting with the recording of speech, researching music, special effects, and other sound options, supporting crews and clients during the entire production process, and adhering to KP brand standards.Employees in this role have a basic knowledge of video/audio production principles, theories, and concepts, including the ability to apply this knowledge to work situations under the guidance of more senior team members.
Essential Responsibilities:
Pursues self-development and effective relationships with others by sharing resources, information, and knowledge with coworkers and customers; listening, responding to, and seeking performance feedback; acknowledging strengths and weaknesses; assessing and responding to the needs of others; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge in subject area to meet deadlines; following procedures and policies and applying data, and resources to support projects or initiatives; collaborating with others, often cross-functionally, to solve business problems; supporting the completion of priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress and information; identifying and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities when possible; and escalating issues or risks as appropriate.Assisting with the development of KP brand videos for external and internal use under the guidance of more senior employees by researching locations for filming; developing story boards/video treatments; supporting clients through the entire production process; ensuring communication objectives are considered; supporting assigned online video account; curating online videos; and researching and collecting stock images, music, and other assets.Supports the creation of high quality, polished, and creatively edited videos under the guidance of more senior employees by coordinating assigned production logistics (e.g., permits, permissions, etc.); assists in the coordination of interviews and field shootings as needed; supporting crews during shoots; and adhering to KP brand standards.Assists with the development of high quality, polished, and creatively edited audio under the guidance of more senior employees by researching recording studios; coordinating logistics and staff during recording; assisting with the recording of speech; researching music, special effects, and other sound options; supporting clients through the entire production process; ensuring communication objectives are considered; and maintaining licenses and release forms.Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited audio/video or film production program or an Associates degree in Film Studies or Production, Cinematic Arts, or related field OR Minimum Two (2) years audio/video production experience.
