We are currently looking for a
SEM Marketing Specialist
to join our premier in-house digital marketing team. If you are looking for a new challenge with a fun work environment and an entrepreneurial culture, we ask that you please apply - we'd love to have you join our team.What You'll Do:Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across several platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 and Campaign Manager.Drive campaign performance through optimizations and A/B testing strategies.Provide performance reporting and insights on various digital marketing initiatives using tools such as GA4, LookerStudio, SA360 & more.Lead active communication between different Good Sam lines of business and the digital marketing team.Focus on large project agility and activate coordinators to help execute and complete projects.Support the development of coordinators.Work with peers to increase skill sets.Seek information to improve current processes and overall efficiency.Personality:Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business efficiency. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with company executives. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Well-presented and businesslike.What You'll Need to Have for the Role:Minimum 2+ years’ experience as SEM Specialist, SEM Coordinator, digital marketing coordinator, or equivalent external experience.Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, GA4.Base understanding of channel tagging and tracking is a plus.Ability to pull, analyze and derive insights from channel reports.Must be self-motivated, a team player, professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.Strong customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality.Capacity to lead and manage more than one project simultaneously.Proven ability to lead by example with a positive attitude.Skills and Talents for Advancement:Able to lead campaign builds in commonly used platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Campaign Manager, GA4).Source and provide materials from multiple sources to organize and execute desired strategy.Innovation – proven ability to identify trends in current space to optimize and create increased performance of existing and/or new campaigns.Deliver in-the-moment feedback to peers and leaders to grow the culture of One Team.Identify internal passions and focus to align with channel manager roles.Self-assessment and personal awareness.Advanced skills learned from channel managers within the current vertical (24 months minimum).Consistently produces exceptional results in a defined focused area - best there is in their role.Knows current job well and enhances skills for their current job and future.Adapts well to new situations and challenges.Teach and train others and provide back-fill for your position (Succession Planning).Identify internal mentor.Pay Range:$55,335.00 - $83,055.00 AnnualIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on-the-job training opportunities.
