All About You:

The

Area Sales Director

will manage and develop sales for Industry, Mobility & Infrastructure (IMI) entire product and services portfolio in the Americas region. The Area Sales Director will be responsible for establishing the sales budget and the follow up margin in specific regions and give direction while working in close cooperation with directors from other areas, market managers and marketing teams. The Area Sales Director will act as the commercial department liaison with the US factories General Managers to ensure cohesive execution of the customer needs.Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in Engineering and/or Business (or proven experience)

5 - 8 years of experience in sales management within an industrial engineered solutions environment

Highly proficient at using collaboration, communication and analytical tools (All Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps)

Preferred skills or experience

Experience in working with large telecom providers is preferred

Responsibilities:

Manage the Americas region and report area activity to IMI management by organizing regular regional manager and Americas sales team business update calls to report on a monthly basis the business status and actions that need to be implemented.

Define, update and implement business plans, validate sales budgets and forecasts, monitor pricing and product strategies, while maximizing orders and sales volumes in the region.

Coordinate international quotation (product offering and pricing) while using internal tools such as CRM, Cockpit ad Prophecy.

Develop new markets by assessing the market condition and trends to provide a recommendation for plan, action and organization of marketing activities.

Motivate, supervise and train the Americas team in order to ensure and efficient sales organization.
