As an Account Executive II, you will drive sales and profitability by acquiring new clients. Your responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, engaging prospects, crafting proposals, and managing contracts.We are only seeking candidates located in California. Your territory will be covering California, Washington, Hawaii, and Alaska.Qualifications:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong computer proficiency and multi-tasking abilitiesIndependent worker with initiative and team accountabilityAbility to self-direct, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple requestsExcellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detailProven ability to create, build, and maintain client relationships and rapportStrong work ethic and ability to execute critical tasks effectivelyBachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related experienceTwo (2) to four (4) years of sales experienceExperience using CRM software, such as SalesforceFamiliarity with Solutions SellingYour Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve set goals and quotasOversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing dealsIdentify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into lasting partnershipsPresent products and services to potential clientsDeliver professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyaltyMaintain regular contact with clients to understand and fulfill their needsAddress complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputationNegotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records and dataTravel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and prospectsDaxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
