The firm provides a high level of mentorship and training within a very collegial environment.Responsibilities:Respond to U.S. office actions with the USPTOConduct prior art and freedom-to-operate searches for patentability and freedom-to-operate analysisDraft high-quality U.S. patent applicationsBe an integral member of the team and invest in attorneys with both mentorship and professional growthQualifications:Ideal candidates will have a Biology-related PhDMust be eligible for USPTO admissionsSuperior academic credentials requiredOutstanding writing ability is required3+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in a broad range of biology applications which may include molecular and cellular biology, Genetics, and/or Immunology.Anticipated Base Salary Range :The anticipated base salary range is $140,000-160,000 per year.
