Legal Counsel, Commercial

You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing legal aspects of all forms of commercial agreements, including supporting pre-sales activities, in North America, and providing ongoing post-closing legal support to internal business clients.You will interface with a highly collaborative and interactive legal/business team.You will interact with business clients, management, and outside customers to draft and negotiate relevant and appropriate complex commercial agreements and transactions.You will provide legal analyses and risk assessments and participate in business decision-making processes, providing practical and issue-focused legal advice and recommendations in view of business needs and applicable legal and company policy requirements and standards.You will lead the legal aspects of commercial negotiations with internal and external customers and vendors in a variety of settings.You will work on cross-department and cross-company legal projects.
