This role involves developing various processes and procedures for the legal department, assisting with litigation matters, and helping to manage the company’s IP portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong judgment and demonstrable success working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City, and this role has the option to be partially or fully remote.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement various legal processes, policies, and playbooks, in the areas of intellectual property, compliance, litigation, and privacy.Support the legal team in litigation and regulatory matters as well as other potential disputes.Manage Uniswap Labs’s IP portfolio, including registrations, infringement matters, and takedown requests.Review and respond to subpoenas and law enforcement requests.Collaborate collegially and supportively with other members of the legal team and cross-functional partners, including customer experience.Requirements:
6+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills; establishes and maintains strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders.Team player with the ability to work independently.Highly organized and proactive; capable of managing multiple priorities, attending to several projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.Minimum full-time salary of $144,000-$162,000.
