What You’ll Do
As the Preschool Director, you will:
Lead the opening of our new Montessori location
in Redmond, ensuring smooth operations from day one.
Design and manage a teacher development program
to train Montessori educators in alignment with AMS standards.
Collaborate with leadership
to establish and prepare for AMS accreditation in the future.
Mentor and develop teachers,
creating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Oversee daily operations, enrollment, and compliance
with state licensing requirements.
Build strong partnerships
with families to foster a supportive school community.
Innovate and maintain high standards
of early childhood education through curriculum development and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Montessori Credential : AMS, AMI, or MACTE-certified.
Education : At least a
Bachelor’s degree
(in Education or related field).
Classroom Experience : Minimum of
5 years teaching
in an early childhood or Montessori classroom.
Leadership Experience : Proven experience in
curriculum development, human resources, and managing a preschool or childcare center .
Operational Expertise : Strong understanding of
school operations, enrollment management, and compliance
with licensing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing
teacher education programs .
Familiarity with
AMS accreditation processes .
Proven ability to
recruit, develop, and retain teachers
in a collaborative environment.
