What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Set the strategic direction and drive the content plan for Global Antitrust resourcesDevelop frameworks for content on key global competition topics and collaborate with contributors worldwideKeep existing Global content up to date and develop new resources on international antitrust topicsWrite, edit, and update antitrust litigation, counseling, and compliance resources for a U.S. audienceCollaborate on legal technology development and innovation for the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):J.D. and current license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdictionMinimum of six years’ experience as an antitrust lawyer in a law firm, as in-house counsel, or in governmentSignificant expertise in antitrust litigation, merger control, or complianceStrong understanding of the needs of in-house counsel for multinational entitiesExcellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience with Canadian competition law is a plusFamiliarity with legal technology tools used for content creation and publication
