position with opportunities for growth and advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to secure optimal resolutions for our clients.Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for negotiation.Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to strategize and support case-specific lien negotiation tactics.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lien negotiation activities and communications.Minimum RequirementsProven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in a legal setting.Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation techniques.Well-versed in statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, etc.).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.In addition to a competitive salary, this position will receive the following benefits:12 paid holidays annually10 days of paid vacation annually10 days of sick leave annuallyMedical insurance401(k) with 4% fully vested safe-harbor company matchCommunications stipend for remote employeesRegular firm events (happy hours, team building, holiday party, etc.)Laptops are replaced every 3 years.
