Naviga has been engaged to recruit a litigation Attorney (non-partnership track) to join its Insurance group in the Business & Commercial practice group. This position is open to California-admitted lawyers open to working in our San Francisco, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, or San Diego offices.Title:

Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties;Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner;Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product;Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required;Foster positive work relationships;Comply with all firm policies and practices;Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as (a) working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing; (b) participating in digital/virtual conference calls; (c) participating in meetings as needed;Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned;Our employees are expected to embrace and uphold our firm values as a part of our culture. Minimum 4 years of experience.Prior law firm insurance litigation experienceExperience with analysis of coverage issues and drafting coverage analysis and position lettersKnowledge and experience in investigating cases, drafting discovery demands and responses, drafting motions, litigating coverage, and other insurance related disputesExtensive experience with court hearings, mediations, and trialsExperience advising clients on business decisions relating to mattersSignificant experience in discovery practice including depositionsStrong analytical and writing skillsAttention to detailGood business judgmentExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyDemonstrated oral and written communication skillsResearch and problem-solving skillsConceptual thinkingAbility to influence othersPersuasive communicationManagement skillsEducation:
