PROFILE:Understand business and technical requirementsConsulting, design and development expertise in CMDB and ADDMCommunicate strategies and best practices like ITIL v3 for product implementationInstall and configure BMC ADDM, Atrium CMDB and integrate it with complete BSM environment like BPPMSetup BMC Atrium and configure data modelsIntegration with other CMDB and setup federationDefine patterns where ever neededTroubleshoot and support BMC applications and systemsDraft requirements, technical installation, configuration and customization specification documentsDraft use cases and functional requirements documentsDemonstrate BMC products to customersRespond to customer requests for product or solution informationEstimate level of effort to design or deploy products or solutionsSKILLS:Should be able to customize Common Data Model as per Integration requirementsCreation of new CI Relationships, AttributesConsulting, design and development expertise in CMDB and ADDMIntegrate BMC Atrium with third party CMDB like Service NowBMC Atrium Reconciliation configurationCandidate preferable BMC certified professional on BMC Atrium CMDB, Asset Management and ADDM learning path with exposure to other BSM technologies like Remedy, Blade logic and BPPMITIL v3 Foundation certified will be added advantage
