As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be leading the Talent Acquisition (TA) team across the world which is instrumental in helping us scale our business and enabling us to continue to bring joy and happiness to the world through our amazing product!You will grow this strategic function that owns the entire recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers from role brief all the way through to offer and onboarding. You will be extremely operational and strategic, giving you the skills and knowledge to take the TA team to the next level by building out the strategy and processes that ensure that we not only hire the best talent, hit our big headcount targets and do so effectively and efficiently.But, you’re also not afraid to roll up your sleeves! You will excel at recruitment, sourcing and identifying leads, ensuring we attract top talent to drive our mission forward. Own the entire end-to-end recruitment processManage the TA team members (x 5) providing growth and supportBuild out improved recruitment processes and policiesBe the voice of TA across the business ensuring the CPO and SLT are constantly updated on the hiring position across the companyCreate reporting dashboards and updatesUtilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make informed decisions to optimize the hiring processBe a strong recruiter and sourcer identifying great talentProvide an amazing candidate experience, communicating our mission, values and incredible cultureDrive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.Manage the relationships with our recruitment agenciesPartner with and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process, providing them insights on market trends and recruitment best practicesThink creatively about talent attraction! You’re based in Austin, TexasYou have built strong talent connections and have great industry knowledgeYou are comfortable working fluid hours and can adjust your schedule to accommodate different time zones of your team and stakeholdersBring a minimum of 10 years experience in end-to-end recruitment experience including leadership ideally with a tech company across a global scaleHave created and managed a fast paced TA team during a period of rapid growth at a tech companyPassionate about mentoring and driving the growth of members of your teamCurious and proactive in diving deep to source new talent, increasing the pipeline of passive leadsAn ability to consult, influence, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders through your strong verbal and written communication skillsA passion for fast-growing tech businesses where you can build effective, cohesive and high performing teamsIn-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and market insightsDeep understanding of using an ATS for efficient processes and reporting - Greenhouse knowledge is an advantageAbility to navigate ambiguity and solve complex challenges while collaborating with stakeholdersYou’re a team player and happy to roll your sleeves up and hustle when neededYour positive, fun attitude brings the ROLLER values to lifeWhat You Can Expect
