Our team’s priorities are:Providing white glove recruiting service to our internal clients and stakeholdersSupporting the exponential growth of our business by providing top diverse talentPromoting JLL’s brand, values, and cultureApplying new technology and data to drive changeWhat this job involvesFull Cycle RecruitingProvide full cycle recruiting support for the business through sourcing, screening, leveraging internal and external referrals, and negotiating offers for internship, entry-level, and mid-career level positionsCollaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openingsDevelop innovative sourcing strategies to find high-quality candidates, leveraging Workday (ATS) and sourcing toolsBuild and maintain a pipeline of candidates with diverse skillsets and perspectives by leveraging your professional networkBuild and maintain relationships with Diversity Organizations to attract top diverse talentMarket JLL’s attributes to candidates and encourage candidates with diverse skill sets and perspectives to join our teamRegularly analyze and report your successDevelop relationships with internal stakeholders to determine entry-level hiring needs, and develop external relationships with key schools, diversity partners, student organizations, and alumni networksCome up with innovative solutions to attract and retain diverse entry-level talent to our industry-leading companySound like you? To apply you need to be:Education and experienceA Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, recruiting financial services professionalsRecruiting experience supporting various regions across the USExhibit a passion for diversity and have a track record of generating creative ideas to bring diverse hires to an organizationProven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment while managing projects simultaneouslyRecruiting experience with Financial Services, Real Estate, or Consulting industry is a plusTech-forward mentality and experience working in both CRM and ATS systems; Workday and Avature experience is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills; Business writing experience is a plusLocation:On-site – Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Houston, TXIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
